Barry Carus is a CLM partner. Mr. Carus has a diverse range of corporate, transactional, business, commercial, sports and entertainment, and real estate law experience. Mr. Carus advises business enterprises, entrepreneurs and athletes in business and real estate transactions, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and a wide range of commercial agreements and matters.  Mr. Carus has substantial experience representing privately owned businesses, and provides clients with legal and business counsel on a wide range of issues.  Mr. Carus is regularly called upon by clients to provide global representation in all phases of their business deals and transactions, including planning, negotiating, drafting and consummating such deals and transactions.       Mr. Carus graduated, With Distinction, from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a Notes and Comments Editor of the Hofstra Labor Law Journal.      Mr. Carus is a member of New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.
