Mr. Kraus practices in the areas of real estate, health care, business transactions, estate administration and litigation.      In the residential real estate area, Mr. Kraus represents buyers and sellers involved in all aspects of the purchase, sale and refinancing of homes, cooperative apartments and condominium units. Mr. Kraus has also been involved in the acquisition, leasing and sale of various commercial properties throughout the United States. In the healthcare area, Mr. Kraus counsels physicians and physician practice groups in connection with their practice development and regulatory matters. In the business transaction area, Mr. Kraus provides advice on employment and shareholder agreements and employment related issues, including hiring, terminations, benefits and restrictive covenants, and drafting or reviewing the relevant contracts, policy statements and manuals for these purposes. In the estate administration area, Mr. Kraus assists in the administration of estates of all sizes, including probate proceedings and the transfer of assets.
