Ms. Rabinowitz practices primarily in the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Estates Department, where she advises clients in matters of estate planning and administration.      Prior to joining CLM in 2007, Ms. Rabinowitz was a litigator at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she represented a wide range of corporate clients in complex litigations and arbitrations.      Ms. Rabinowitz is admitted to practice law in New York and California and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
