After careful consideration, Cooperman Lester Miller Gruber Kraus (“CLMGK”) has made the decision to join the law firm of Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman (“CB”), effective October 1, 2026. The decision to join forces with CB strengthens our ability to meet your needs now and well into the future, and allows us to expand our practice areas to be of even greater service to you.

Please note that your primary CLMGK attorney will continue in that role at CB, our email addresses and phone numbers will auto-forward to our new CB emails and phone numbers, your current billing rates will remain the same, and your files (both digital and hard copy) will move with us. This combination will serve only to enhance our service capability and will result in no practical change or disruption in any of our services to you.
