Ms. Rabinowitz practices primarily in the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Estates Department, where she advises clients in matters of estate planning and administration.

Ms. Rabinowitz also has experience as a litigator, having represented a wide range of corporate clients in complex litigations and arbitrations.

Ms. Rabinowitz is admitted to practice law in New York and California and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
